To reach any goal as an athlete, you need the proper program for your body, the correct drills and exercises that help you to improve all your skills.
THAT’S exactly what i do… I develop a program according to your needs and skills, according to your sport and your own goals. let’s work together.

The objectives and goals as a group depend on each individuals of the team.
To get successful as a team, you need to get in the best shape individually to be able to do your job at your position. Learn to co-work with your teammates, learn to leave the ego aside and work for the group win.
Working 16 years with different teams in different countries gave me the experience to lead a group of people to get the best of them.

Defensive Backs Training
I started to play football at 6 years old, and I did as a defensive back, won my full scholarship for college as a defensive back and all my life I’ve been learning from the best defensive backs coaches in the world including the University of Oregon and University of California Berkeley programs.
To be the best DB in your team, league or country, you need more than a normal training, you need a special DB practice. Proper techniques, steps, drills, lectures, how to play smart and quick.
If you want to get to the next level as a DB and be above average, this is the best option for you.
